EMBA Students
Students in the Penn State Smeal Executive MBA are driven to succeed and poised to take the next steps in their careers. With a typical minimum of at least six years of post-undergraduate work experience and managerial or team leadership experience, Smeal students come from various industries including consulting, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Individuals joining the program have diverse backgrounds in fields such as marketing, engineering, operations, finance, IT, sales, and more.
