"An excellent and differentiating part of the Smeal EMBA is the global immersion. The opportunity encourages students to try out their new skills and ask all the questions that an MBA should when encountering business in a foreign culture."
- Donnie Weissberg '10, Senior Manager, U.S. Supply Chain, Bayer HealthCare

Global immersion trips provide a glimpse into the culture, practices, challenges, and opportunities of living and working globally as students visit businesses and connect with government officials and executives from across disciplines and industries. Businesses include local and multinational firms as well as for and non-profit organizations.

Among the destinations that have been chosen are Brazil, the Czech Republic, Chile, Peru, South Africa, China, Ireland, Turkey, India, Japan and Singapore.
